Once you’ve purchased your tickets, you will be sent a confirmation email for your entries along with your ticket numbers, typically within 10-15 minutes. During periods of high demand, this may take a couple of hours. Your ticket numbers are assigned instantly once purchased, so if you’re trying to find your ticket number, see the FAQ below.

Once you’re logged in, tap on (mobile) or hover over (desktop) your account in the top right corner and select ‘My Entries’ from the dropdown. Here you will see all your ticket numbers for the competitions you have entered, Good Luck!

We will notify the winner via telephone or email within 7 days of the closing date of the competition. If you change any of your contact details prior to the closing date, you must inform us. We will try to contact you using the information you have supplied us with. If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the closing date we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize.

The opening and closing dates of the giveaways are stated on the website. We never extend the closing date of the giveaways, even if it hasn’t sold out. We may be forced to delay the live draw for reasons outside of our control – this will be notified on our social media pages. Live draw dates might before brought forward if the competition has sold out early.

The competition is open to residents in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland and only who are 18 years or older.

Also, you cannot enter this competition if you are our employee or an employee of our agents or suppliers, or members of the immediate families or households of the above.

If there is a cash alternative it will clearly state so in the giveaway headline. In some cases where a winner would rather be a cash alternative when one is not advertised, we will enquire from our buyers to be able to offer one. We are able to offer cash alternatives more regularly in our tech competitions, just ask if you’re unsure.

We need to use your data to administer the giveaway and award prizes. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

If you are the winner, we may have to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm that we have administered the giveaway and awarded the prizes fairly.

You have the right to opt-out from us using your data at any time. However, if you do ask us to remove your details from our database prior to the closing date, you will be withdrawing from the competition. You will not be entitled to a refund of any entry fees you have paid.

No, this is not compulsory. However, with your permission, we would love to share your excitement on our website and social media pages.

Even if you do not want to participate in any promotional exercises, we may have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to prove we have administered the giveaway and awarded the prize fairly.

Once all entries are in and the draw is closed, all entries will be posted on our Facebook page and website within 24 hours. This will include your draw number alongside your name which is what we will use in the LIVE draw to decide the winner.
